STEP 1 B (PROGRAM ALREADY STARTED BEFORE)

Open Microsoft Outlook 2016.

STEP 2 – Click on the ‘File’ menu and then on ‘Account Settings’ and then on the option that will appear right below called ‘Add and remove accounts or change settings…’ as appropriate shows the image below.
STEP 3 – At the ‘Account Settings’ screen click on ‘New’.
STEP 4 – Enter the email that will be configured, click on Advanced Options, check the option Configure My Account Manually and click on Connect
STEP 5 – Click on the POP or IMAP Option
To configure:

On the Account Settings screen:

1st Fill in the Input Server and Output Server fields for: MAIL.DOMINO.COM.BR (replace DOMINIO.COM.BR for your domain);

2º Fill in the Port fields according to the image below. NOTE: Select the option ‘Encryption method’ None, in encryption method, and do not select the SPA option;

3rd – If you have an email backup, check the Use an existing data file box, in Message Delivery, and select the file using the Browse button.

4th Click Next.

STEP 6 – Enter your password and click Connect
STEP 7 – Just click OK and you will be redirected to the inbox, finishing the Outlook 2016 configuration. NOTE: Do not select the option Configure Outlook Mobile on my phone too
