Yes, your website will be designed responsively, ensuring a great viewing experience on all devices including mobile phones, tablets, desktops and laptops. This means that your website will automatically adapt to the size of the screen it is being accessed on, providing easy and pleasant navigation for users, regardless of the device they are using.

We guarantee the hosting of your website on our high-performance server called Virtoweb, where we apply advanced technologies and strict security measures. In addition, we perform daily backups to ensure your valuable data is protected. Your website will be protected by an integrated Firewall, which constantly monitors all activities in search of possible threats. If a problem occurs, we will be immediately notified by your site and will act promptly to resolve it. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priority.

You will have full control over your website, with the possibility to add content such as news and pages. In addition, we can configure different access levels for different users. For example, we may define “Editor” roles, which can freely add and edit content, but do not have access to sensitive areas of the website. It is also possible to configure “Authors” who can add content, but this content will not be displayed on the website until approved by an “Editor”. The “Administrator” will have full control of the system, being able to add more users and adjust website settings as needed. In this way, we guarantee the flexibility and proper management of your website.

We provide online tutorial videos covering various topics such as adding and editing content, and optimising images. These videos feature screenshots of us working on a site with the same system as yours, offering a convenient reference for anytime access. For specific issues, you can reach out to us for assistance either through a call where we can talk you through the problem or set up a video call for more detailed guidance. If needed, we can even create additional in-depth videos tailored to address specific questions or challenges you may encounter.

When the website is live and complete we will send you the website login details. We provide instructional videos on how to manage all aspects of the site. Sometimes clients find things difficult and we’re always here to help.

We start billing after 7 (seventh day) before the renewal date

There is no limit to the number of pages you can have, adding new pages is a one click action.

The site would initially be built in a staging area where only you will have access. When the site is complete and everyone is satisfied, the site will move to the live environment.

Clients usually send us content in Word format or pasted into the body of an email. It is also possible to send small amounts of text and images via WhatsApp message. We ask that all content be sent page by page, for example. one email with just the ‘About Us’ content and another with just the ‘Policies’ etc. This makes it easier to manage on our end. We also ask that when sending Word documents, no images are added/pasted into the document itself. Any images you want on your website should be attached in an email.

Access can be via webmail, many clients use email applications on their cell phones or computers, our emails are compatible with all of them and if you have any questions, just get in touch and we will help with the configuration.

We are very fast with the development of the Site, normally between 10 to 25 days for the completion of the Site.

This tool also helps you improve your website’s internal linking structure by highlighting pages that are linked from other pages. This helps ensure an even distribution of SEO value on your site. All content created or provided by CRIAZI during the provision of services, such as designs, codes, images and texts, is the property of CRIAZI, unless a transfer of ownership agreement is explicitly established in writing.

After a period of 36 months of active contract from the contracting date, the intellectual property of the website will be automatically transferred to the customer. This means that the customer will have the right to revoke all material, including designs, codes, images and texts, becoming full owner of the content.

Administrator:

  • Has full access to the administration panel.
  • Can perform all tasks including adding, editing and deleting users.
  • Have full control over settings and plugins.

 

Editor:

  • You can publish, edit and delete posts and pages, regardless of who created them.
  • You have access to comments and can moderate them.
  • Cannot perform administration tasks, such as installing plugins or changing site settings.

 

Author:

  • You can create, edit and delete your own posts.
  • You can publish posts, but you have no control over posts from other authors.
  • Can manage your own drafts and cannot access drafts from other authors.

 

Contributor:

  • You can create and edit your own drafts, but you cannot publish them.
  • Need an Editor or Administrator to review and publish your drafts.

 

Subscriber:

  • You can only view content and make comments.
  • No access to the admin panel except to edit the profile.
